The Sharon at SouthPark – Site Plan

This bird’s-eye view of The Sharon at SouthPark campus will help you get your bearings.

The majestic and very metropolitan Deerwood apartment building greets you at the entrance to our community, which is surrounded by mature trees.

Continuing straight through the first stop sign will lead you toward visitor reception at Heritage East apartments, which is accessed through the porte cochere in the circular drive. Once inside, you’ve reached the community’s central hub where all interior amenity spaces (from dining options to fitness facilities) begin. The Weisiger Health Center, North and South Terrace apartments, Heritage West apartments and assisted living can all be accessed from this hub.

If you instead bear right at the stop sign where our interior road forks, you’ll pass the Wallace Dell on your left, featuring manicured community open space with a babbling brook. To your right, cul-de-sacs of ranch-style cottages line the back half of the site. Continuing on, a right turn on Ward Lane will lead you through an extensive tree canopy culminating in the entrance to the Magnolia Villas – two stately apartment home buildings nestled among the trees.

Throughout The Sharon at SouthPark you’ll find hidden gems such as a tree-covered walking path, water features, and landscaped sitting areas that invite contemplation.
