The Sharon at SouthPark Culinary Services program features three restaurants: Allison’s for reservation-required fine dining, Center Stage, the main dining room where residents are served lunch and dinner, and The Bistro, a 12-hour-a-day operation that serves all three meals in a casual setting.

The varied menus reflect residents’ diverse tastes while maintaining The Sharon at SouthPark’ focus on health and well-being through our Balance program. Once a month, Allison’s fine dining experience also features a popular chef’s tasting menu.

The program’s cooking philosophy prioritizes quality of food and educating residents on nutrition and values residents’ input. Every day, staff consider meal preparation “cooking in the residents’ home.”
