As construction continues on all the exciting, new additions to our SouthPark campus, we are careful not to leave behind the rich heritage that has brought us to this point and will continue to drive us forward.
Residents’ Suggestions Contribute to the New Floor Plan
The Sharon at SouthPark residents consistently tell us that they appreciate the more modern, amenity-rich spaces that we have been developing. With this feedback in mind, we have partnered with Stewart & Conners Architects to uncover a select few hidden gemstones nestled in the cozy treasure chest of West Tower.
These new floorplans are the result of combining several apartments into larger spaces, each slightly different from the others. Each home includes a master suite with an expanded bath vanity, oversized custom shower and spacious closet, an open kitchen with a large breakfast bar, a cozy den and an enhanced laundry room.
Exciting Changes Coming Soon
Still in the development phase, the new homes have already proven to be wildly popular and were immediately reserved by wait list members based on seeing the plans. They combine the best of all worlds, really—a nod to our heritage of vibrant community that embraces the space and amenities that are integral to modern life.
