The first issue of a new magazine features The Sharon at SouthPark on the cover. The publication’s name reflects the importance of culinary services in the life of our community: Hospitality & Dining Magazine – Enhancing the Senior Living Experience.
Renovations and Reinvention Is the Story
Focusing on innovation and passion, the magazine highlights the ongoing renovations at The Sharon at SouthPark. When completed, there will be several dining venues in the community, including full-service, fine dining at Allison’s, a private dining room and a more casual atmosphere at Wolfe Bar and Bistro. Other new improvements will include a grab-and-go food market with seating plus a new kitchen to facilitate cook-to-order meals.
Chef Brady Lutz’s monthly tasting events with wine pairings are also featured. “It has become the hottest ticket in town for The Sharon at SouthPark residents,” the magazine reports. The chef’s recipe for Pekin Duck is included in the article.
Culinary Adventure Part of Life at The Sharon at SouthPark
As the magazine shares, it’s all part of appreciating that great meals – 800 served each day at The Sharon at SouthPark – friendly service and handsome surroundings play a vital role in all of our lives. It’s not just about the food. It’s about how the food is part of an overall living experience rich in warmth and excellence.
“We are looking to provide a successful culinary adventure,” says Chad Lauderbaugh, the new director of culinary services.
“We want to be the best,” adds Vice President of Resident Services Milton McGowian, citing the enthusiasm of the 50-plus employees in Culinary Services. “We’re motivated. We’re inspired. We want to serve great, awesome food. This magazine focuses on that and tells our story.”
