At the beginning of this year, we introduced a newly renovated Heritage West Lobby. It offers residents, families, and visitors a more welcoming and refined arrival experience. Now, that transformation continues with the Heritage East Lobby renovation. This project represents an important next step in enhancing both primary entrances to our campus.
Renovation Aims to Improve the Campus Experience
As the main visitor entry point, the Heritage East Lobby plays a vital role in shaping first impressions. This lobby renovation project is designed to create a space that feels both inviting and current. It will remain consistent with the character and quality our community is known for. By aligning the design and function of both lobbies, we are creating a more cohesive and elevated campus experience.
The Heritage East Lobby renovation includes a comprehensive modernization of infrastructure. Upgrades to ceilings, lighting, and mechanical systems will improve both efficiency and comfort. These improvements will also support the long-term needs of the space. They are paired with refreshed finishes and décor, resulting in a clean, updated environment. The renovated space complements the recently completed Heritage West Lobby.

Your Patience is Appreciated
While any renovation can bring temporary disruption, we are mindful of the daily experience of those who pass through this space. We are grateful for the patience of our residents, team members, and visitors as this work progresses. Every effort is being made to minimize inconvenience. We are also ensuring that the quality of the renovation reflects the care and attention our community values.
This lobby renovation is expected to be completed in September. Once finished, it will mark the successful renovation of both campus entrances. The completed project will create a more unified, welcoming, and functional arrival experience.
We look forward to sharing continued renovation updates and to welcoming guests into the newly refreshed Heritage East Lobby this fall.
