Chef Brady Lutz

The Sharon at SouthPark’s own Chef Brady Lutz was recently featured in an article on SeniorDining.org that included a discussion of some of his most adventurous recipes as well as his philosophies on how to expand the culinary horizons of residents.

Want to know what tactics he uses to introduce non-traditional dishes (hint: there’s often an intriguing backstory)? Or, dying to get the recipe for Towers Tournedo? You can read the full article here.
