After you reserve your residence, you will be assigned a marketing project coordinator to guide you through the moving process.

Your marketing project coordinator can assist you with numerous aspects of planning and executing your transition, including:

• How to secure an organizing or downsizing assistant, if you would like to use one
• How to secure a moving company
• Explaining the interior finish process and introducing you to the contractor, if your cottage or apartment will undergo changes or renovations
• Preparing your Resident’s Agreement and move-in paperwork (including a settlement sheet for your new residence)
• Organizing a new resident orientation and introducing you to key staff members and resident ambassadors who will introduce you to life in the community.
