Application for Residency

It is easy to apply for residency at The Sharon at SouthPark. The journey begins by becoming a member of our Future Residency Program, which we call The Sharon Club.

To become a member, complete the application for residency and return it to us with a deposit in the amount of $1,000 (which is fully refundable at any time) plus a processing fee of $100 per single applicant or $200 per couple (the processing fee is non-refundable). A preliminary review of finances is part of the initial application process.
